The Foundation is open, thus financial contributions, in favour of the objectives, are welcomed from private individuals, contractors, companies and other bodies. All Hungarian and foreign subjects, legal persons and all Hungarian and foreign communities may contribute to aiming the objectives in many different ways, granted that they agree with the objectives of the Foundation, and they want to support it with financial or other aids.
The whole asset of the Foundation can be expended to obtain the objectives.
The Foundation is of public utility, thus is entitled to certain - legally defined - allowances (e.g. tax exemption). Those donating can reduce their basis of assessment in direct proportion to their donation.
The operation of the Foundation is supervised by a five-member advisory board. The support given to the activities described within the objectives of the Foundation is consequently controlled by the decision of the board.
The head of the board is Mihályné Demeter. She is the representative of the Foundation, too.
Information sheets about the operation and accounts of the Foundation, and the employment of its services are posted in the residence of the Foundation and on the notice board of the Trinity church, within 15 days after the meeting of the advisory board, for at least 15 days. Everyone is entitled to gain access to the documents considering the operation of the Foundation, on prior notice and time agreement made with the representative of the Foundation.
